Quality and Certifications

Quality assurance is an important part of our role as a subcontractor / partner. We have always prioritised meeting our customers' quality requirements and will provided experienced advice on labelling and quality assurance requirements. 

We are independently certified according to both 9001/ 2015, EN1090-1 and the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration’s Smiley scheme.

The ISO 9001 standard contains specific requirements for quality- and environment management system and helps us meet our customers' requirements and expectations for the products we deliver.

EN1090-1 |  EN1090-2 is a harmonized European standard for load-bearing steel and aluminium structures. jpbc is approved to perform tasks within EXC 1, EXC 2, EXC 3, and EXC 4.

With the EN 1090-1 certification, we can handle welding tasks, where load-bearing constructions must be CE marked. The standard ensures that production is carefully planned - from design phase until final delivery.

The Smiley scheme is an integrated part of jpbc which means that jpbc has been approved by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration for the manufacturing of machinery and equipment for the food industry.
