Offcanvas Section

You can publish whatever you want in the Offcanvas Section. It can be any module or particle.

By default, the available module positions are offcanvas-a and offcanvas-b but you can add as many module positions as you want from the Layout Manager.

You can also add the hidden-phone module class suffix to your modules so they do not appear in the Offcanvas Section when the site is loaded on a mobile device.

Through our partners, we offer the following: CNC machining within milling and turning. CNC milling is a very precise process that provides a high and uniform finish, where the edges appear polished.

Pipe cutting is used a lot in new constructions, where a combination of sheet and pipe parts in a given product provides new design possibilities and optimises processing times, giving you a better product at a lower cost.

Pipe bending is performed by our modern CNC-controlled machines and can complete the most advanced processes to make your item appear cohesive with the rest of the product that is being manufactured at jpbc.

Powder coating can be done with different powder types and colours - and with all types of surfaces: glossy, matt, metal, etc. Wet coating is intended for items that are not resistant to high temperatures and require extra high protection against corrosion.

Hot dip galvanizing protects iron from corrosion and is particularly suitable for outdoor applications. The process takes place by cleaning the steel or iron and immersing in the molten zinc, which has a temperature of approx. 460 ° C. The zinc corrodes and forms zinc oxide that protects the steel or iron from rust formation.

Electroplating with subsequent chromate conversion coating/passivation provides first and foremost corrosion protection, but it also results in a very decorative appearance. The recommended layer thickness is from 5 to 25 μ. Used primarily for indoor purposes.

Chrome plating provides corrosion resistance while making the surface glossy and decorative. Typical layer thickness ranges from 5 to 25 μ. Chrome plating is used, amongst other things, in the furniture and electronics industry, etc.

Chromate conversion coating also protects against corrosion and can maintain the appearance of a zinc surface for a long time.

Anodising is an aluminium surface treatment that provides extra protection and can also make it more decorative.
