3D cutting, processing of 12 meters’ lengths or active scanning of the tube are only a selection of the features integrated in jpbc’s tube laser cutting machine.
Tube laser cutting is a well-known and tested technique, however not so well known at the desk or in production. jpbc would be happy to help you optimise your product.
We have used tube laser cutting for several years so thinking differently and combining metal sheet and tube processing is a natural part of our working day.
Tube laser cutting is characterised by a ”clean” cut surface with sharp tolerances. It is extremely suitable for welding tasks with high tolerance requirements for the end product. In addition, the technique is advantageous in ”single unit” productions where taping may reduce the set-up/processing time. The primary reason for this is that you do not need to spend time on measurement and fixtures.
Tube laser cutting is suitable as an alternative to manual processing, such as drilling holes in a shortened tube, bevel cutting, countersunk holes, etc.
The tube laser cutting machine has built-in spikes which collects laser splashes when cutting round tubes. The inside of the tube is free from laser splashes making it appropriate for the food and process equipment industries where liquid fluids are running in the tube.

Shortening as a supplement to tube laser cutting:
Shortening of bars (solid) or minor tube tasks are performed with our manual and automatic saw which can process dimensions up to 335 x 335 mm.
Our shortening capacity is applied when handling internal og external projects where tube cutting is not an option or a requirement for the product.
